He is a sweet boy who has had a very difficult life. He came to us in terrible condition and we have no doubt that in addition to being severely neglected, he has also seen abuse in his life. His hair was very matted and he had to be shaved. He has slowly been learning to trust and he follows his foster mom around everywhere (his dad, if mom is not home!). He has really learned to love curling up on the couch or bed. His favorite place to sleep is the small round dog bed we bought for him - he absolutely loves his spot under the window! While Ewok currently lives with a 6 year old child, he should go to a home without children. Quick movements make him nervous so he is better around adults. Ewok spent the first week in his foster home growling at his 78 pound Rottie brother (who is very patient). He's gotten a lot better with the big boy and he has been fine with our 52 pound pittie girl. He is now trying to learn to play with both dogs...size is nothing!!! He is learning that he can have doggie friends too. How life has changed for him.
