STATUS: Chance has found his forever home with Mary and David Johnson of Cary. PERSONALITY TRAITS: Smart, sensitive, attentive ~DOB: June 2014 WEIGHT: Chance will probably weigh 45-50lbs as an adult dog. HEALTH STATUS: Chance is UTD on all vaccinations -- including rabies -- and on monthly heart worm and flea/tick preventatives. SPAYED OR NEUTERED: Neutered. MICROCHIPPED: Yes. AROUND DOGS: Chance gets along with other dogs. AROUND CATS: Chance is trying to be friends with the cat in his foster home. AROUND CHILDREN: Chance likes all children. HOUSEBROKEN: Puppy in training - doing really well. CRATETRAINED: Yes LEASH MANNERS: Puppy in training. CAR RIDES: Very good FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Chance is a sweet puppy! He is affectionate and quickly bonds with his person. Loves to play with his toys, and he particularly likes to play tug. He is a lovely puppy and will make a fabulous family pet. He is smart and will enjoy learning new tricks as he gets older. EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Chance and his sister Chelsea were part of an unwanted litter. They were adopted from their original home to a young family, but the parents discovered that their children were allergic to dogs, so the family reached out to BFPA for help. We do home visits to finalize adoptions and/or deliver the adopted dog. Therefore, we prefer potential adopters live a reasonable distance to the Triangle area (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) of North Carolina.

Fee is $225 for dogs, $115 for cats.
