He likes to walk the fence to see if anyone new has come by. He is able to spend time with himself and barks to let his person know he’s ready to come in. EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Jack was found abandoned at a person’s house in Raleigh. He just showed up one day. All efforts have been made to find his owner, but no one has come forward claiming him. BFPA took Jack in and he's doing well in his foster home as he waits for his forever home.
