He has an awesome time playing with his sister. He gets along great with other puppies and is 'interested' in cats, but are respectful. Finn is being fostered at a home with a chicken coop, and he does not chase. Loves to play tug of war, and loves toys of all kinds. Walks well on a leash! He's truly a sweetheart -- there's nothing he likes better than to lay on someone's lap and cuddle! Finn crates himself at night and, like all young pups, is learning to be house-broken EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Finn and his sister were surrenders to a rural NC shelter when one of our volunteers heard about their plight. We gladly took these sweet puppies in before their time was up to give them a chance at their forever home. ADOPTING A YOUNG PUPPY FROM BFPA: Requires that you live no further than a 30-mile radius from the Triangle area of North Carolina, as you must be close enough for us to meet all the medical procedures we cover before final adoption. We prefer to adopt young puppies to a single, couple or family who have previous experience owning a dog and live in a single family house rather than an apartment, condo or townhome. Any children in the home under 6 years old must have experience living with a dog in their home. Some of the information contained in this biography includes approximations based on our expertise and is not guaranteed. We do home visits to finalize adoptions and/or deliver the adopted dog. Therefore, we prefer potential adopters live a reasonable distance to the Triangle area (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) of North Carolina. INTERESTED IN ADOPTING FINN?
