He likes to run around the yard in circles. He would possibly be a good running companion. He loves to be around people and is sweet, friendly but somewhat shy. He will stick around his humans when new people are around but once he feels secure about the situation, he is very friendly. He would probably benefit from training classes which would also boost his self confidence. We are teaching Roscoe basic commands and working with him on leash manners EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Roscoe was in a rural shelter for several months. Right before Hurricane Matthew hit NC, BFPA pulled Roscoe and many other dogs who were in harms way due to the hurricane. Roscoe will be going through heart worm treatment so his adoption will be timed accordingly.
