COMMENTS FROM FOSTER: Since Roxie has been living in foster care, she is blossoming into a really great dog. She loves to get belly rubs and go for long walks. Roxie is extremely lovable and intelligent. She is doing very well with crate training and learning to be an inside dog. She has come a long way and now knows what it is like to enjoy life and get love from humans. She can entertain herself with play time but also really enjoys playing with the two other dogs in her foster home. EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Roxie was found as a stray, underweight and weary of people. Roxie is heartworm positive and going through treatment now. BFPA pays for all these treatments and a full recovery is expected. She will soon be ready to leave foster care and is looking for her forever home. Roxie will make a wonderful addition to any active family.
