FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Willow is growing up to be such an awesome girl! She is the runt of the litter and at 5 weeks of age, she is just over 4 pounds. Her little bark is quirky and she loves to play. We love her unique markings on the back of her neck. I bet you will too! Willow will have her first set of vaccines on 2/24 and then will be ready to begin the next phase of her life in her forever home. EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Willow and her 7 siblings were born on 1/5/17. Their Mother, Rosie, is a BFPA dog who was pulled from a shelter a few weeks before her puppies were born. BPFA not only saved the life of Rosie but also her 8 puppies who are all now looking for their forever homes. Please consider adopting one of these special puppies. Some of the information contained in this biography includes approximations based on our expertise and is not guaranteed. We do home visits to finalize adoptions and/or deliver the adopted dog. Therefore, we prefer potential adopters live a reasonable distance to the Triangle area (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) of North Carolina. ADOPTING A YOUNG PUPPY FROM BFPA: Requires that you live no further than a 30-mile radius from the Triangle area of North Carolina, as you must be close enough for us to meet all the medical procedures we cover before final adoption. We prefer to adopt young puppies to a single, couple or family who have previous experience owning a dog and live in a single family house rather than an apartment, condo or townhome. Any children in the home under 6 years old must have experience living with a dog in their home. INTERESTED IN ADOPTING WILLOW?
