COMMENTS ABOUT DAX : Dax is settling into a wonderful, loving foster home.  He was very shy and malnourished when he first was rescued. His foster Mom would carry him everywhere with her and show him that people are to be trusted.  Now that he knows what a loving home is, he is blossoming into a wonderful puppy who now can enjoy life.  He loves to play with the dogs in his foster home and is a joy to have around.  He would love to find a forever home and wonders if your home would be a good fit for him! 

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Dax and his 6 siblings were born on 1/6/17 and started their lives as stray dogs, searching for food and shelter.  When BFPA heard about these puppies, we happily admitted four of them and are now looking for their furever home. The other puppies were rescued by another group so all of them are safe and sound now.

ADOPTING A YOUNG PUPPY FROM BFPA: Requires that you live no further than a 30-mile radius from the Triangle area of North Carolina, as you must be close enough for us to meet all the medical procedures we cover before final adoption. We prefer to adopt young puppies to a single, couple or family who have previous experience owning a dog and live in a single family house rather than an apartment, condo or townhome.
