He was recently neutered hence the photo of him with his cone. He is a happy, friendly dog who is as cute as can be. Once his foster knows more about his personality, we will post more about him. EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Ziggy was surrendered because his owner could no longer give him proper care. A volunteer reached out to BFPA to help them find another home. We happily admitted them into our care and Ziggy is now wondering what his forever home will bring to him. Kindness and love in your home??
