FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Ham is spunky and playful. He loves to give kisses! He has lots of energy but will snuggle up with his sister or with his head on your lap when he is tired. He is very happy and has a well tempered personality.  He is pretty good on the leash already! We will be adding more photos of Ham soon!!

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY:  Ham's mom was a stray dog found in Harnett County. A nice family took her in and then found out she was pregnant! They kept the mom so she could have her babies in safety.  When BFPA heard about this family's kind deed and these puppies, we were able to admit the litter into our program.  They are the Easter Puppies since we admitted them right before Easter.  They are all looking for their forever homes now and hope that you will consider adopting one of these precious pups!

Some of the information contained in this biography includes approximations based on our expertise and is not guaranteed. We do home visits to finalize adoptions and/or deliver the adopted dog.

ADOPTING A YOUNG PUPPY FROM BFPA: Requires that you live no further than a 30-mile radius from the Triangle area of North Carolina, as you must be close enough for us to meet all the medical procedures we cover before final adoption. We prefer to adopt young puppies to a single, couple or family who have previous experience owning a dog and live in a single family house rather than an apartment, condo or townhome. Any children in the home under 6 years old must have experience living with a dog in their home. INTERESTED IN ADOPTING  HAM?
