FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Tallulah is such a good puppy and just a joy to have in our house. She is having a good time playing with our 1 yo dog, Rylee. She loves to cuddle, play hard and then take a good nap. We are working on crate training and housebreaking. Happy to report that she seems to be a quick learner. She has only been living with us for a short time but acts like she has been here forever! Tallulah can't wait to find her furever home so another family can enjoy her puppy ways and watch her grow into a stunning dog. Her Mom was a 40 lb mixed hound but her father is a mystery. PLEASE NOTE: Tallulah has only had one set of vaccines so if a trial adoption begins before her second set of vaccines, the potential adopters will have to keep Tallulah in their home and yard to minimize the risk of exposure to germs. Interaction with unknown dogs at pet stores, doggie day care, etc. should be avoided during this period. EVERY DOG HAS A STORY:Tallulah and her 6 siblings were surrendered from an eastern NC farm. The family knew they couldn't care for these puppies forever but wanted to find good homes for them. BFPA admitted all 7 puppies in our rescue group when they were 7 weeks old. ADOPTING A YOUNG PUPPY FROM BFPA: Requires that you live no further than a 30-mile radius from the Triangle area of North Carolina, as you must be close enough for us to meet all the medical procedures we cover before final adoption. We prefer to adopt young puppies to a single, couple or family who have previous experience owning a dog and live in a single family house rather than an apartment, condo or townhome. Any children in the home under 6 years old must have experience living with a dog in their home. INTERESTED IN ADOPTING TALLULAH ?
