FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS:  Yolo is a 4 year old, 18 lb wonderful dog who likes all people and gets along well with other dogs. He is not living with any cats so we are unsure how he would react.  He is a bit timid at first but warms up quickly....then he is your shadow!  Yolo if very affectionate and loves to be near his humans.  

We think he was previously crate trained but we are not crating him now.  He has been left for up to 4 hours in the home without being crated and did fine.  He sleeps with his human at night with free roam of the house.  He is housebroken and can easily go the night without a potty break. Yolo's foster works from home so he goes out about every 4 hours during the day. 

Yolo likes to run around the fenced in yard but would do fine with daily walks.  He likes to play with dogs.  He loves to chew on good chew toys which will happily occupy him.....deer antlers, nylabones, bully sticks, etc.  

Yolo will make a great addition to anyones family.  Please consider making him part of your family.

Applicants must live no further than one hour from Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a BFPA veterinarian for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized.  Our foster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions.  We therefore require applicants to live within an hours drive of Cary NC.
