FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: 

Sadie is a super sweet, laid back 10 year old girl. She weighs 60 lbc. She has basic obedience training skills and is completely housebroken. Sadie is allowed to free roam at her foster mom's house without any problems. She gets along with everyone and everything she meets; newborn to adult humans, other dogs and cats. 

Sadie is friendly and sweet. She is very intelligent, also happy and gentle. She loves to lay in your lap and snuggle. 

Here are some words from Sadie herself: "Hi, my name is Sadie. My foster mom says I'm the sweetest looking toasted marshmallow. Don't worry if you sing terribly in the car, I wont judge you! I just love to go for rides and have the wind blow into my face. Can you guess what else I love?... food and treats, but who doesn't, right? Stuff a Kong toy for me and I will be the happiest girl. Don't let me age fool you; I still have lots of love to give and I will ask for pets by nudging your hand with my nose. I'm content with simply laying by our side and I absolutely love all the snuggles you can give me."

Applicants must live no further than one hour from Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a BFPA veterinarian for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized.  Our foster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions.  We therefore require applicants to live within an hours drive of Cary NC.
