FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS:

Mally is a very sweet and quiet medium sized  girl who is very low key, chill kind of dog.  She enjoys the company of other dogs and gets along with all people and is very gentle with children.  She loves her dog bed and can be found napping most times (her personality seems very similar to a Greyhound).  She would do best with a fenced in yard where she can explore and sniff as she doesn't care much for long walks on a leash, she could compared to a cat in a dog suit!  Mally likes toys and can be found hoarding them in her bed.  She is appx 50lbs and 5 years old.  She does not require a crate and is fully housetrained.  She would make a great companion for senior citizens as she is low activity.  

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY:  Very little is  known about Mally's background. She came from a rural shelter and her time was up so BFPA offered to take her so she could have a chance at a forever home.

Therefore, we prefer potential adopters live a reasonable distance to the Triangle area (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) of North Carolina.  All animals will be up to date on all  vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro chipped before the adoption  is finalized. Fee is $225 for dogs, $115 for cats.
