Today we took in this little dog named Tilly. She was found as stray and ended up in Wake County Shelter. She was originally pulled by another rescue but was transferred over to BFPA due to logistics. She was extremely frightened at the shelter and was almost PTS because they couldn’t handle her. Kim Russell took her and has been fostering her the last several weeks and she is doing great. She is listed a a chi mix but looks more like a terrier mix to me. She is estimated to be 1 year old and 8lbs. She is just coming out of her heat cycle and will just need to be spayed. She is HW- and UTD on all vaccines and microchipped.
