Hello, I’m Zen. I’m a mellow boy who likes hanging out with my siblings and my human friends in quiet contemplation. Okay, sometimes I fall asleep while I’m meditating, so let’s just call it a nap.

Even though I’m more on the quiet side, I can come out of my shell pretty quickly, once I know everything’s cool. I like to have some fun, too, and I love to join in when my brothers are playing. I am pretty bonded with my brother Chewy: I keep him grounded and he gives me confidence, so it would be awesome if we were adopted together. I also do well with cat-friendly dogs and kids who know how to handle kittens.

Therefore, we prefer potential adopters live a reasonable distance to the Triangle area (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) of North Carolina.  All animals will be up to date on all  vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro chipped before the adoption  is finalized. Fee is $225 for dogs, $115 for cats.
