FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: 

Kacy is a blue eyed 3 yo beauty looking for her forever home.  She is very friendly with people and loves everyone she meets.  We think Kacy is a mix of husky, shepherd and border collie.  She is a great weight at 40lbs and is approximately three years old.  

Kacy is super cute and affectionate and loves to play.  She is not great at taking signals from other dogs, so for now it would be best for her to be an only dog.  She is also too interested in kitties, so at cat free home is ideal.  Kacy is a quiet dog except when she sees another dog.  Kacy is fully housetrained and has good house manners.  She can be left about six hours without having to go outside to do “her business”. 

Kacy likes to be active. She loves playing with toys ,check out the video of her playing with her duck.  She loves running around the house as well as going on long walks (not runs).  She is leashed trained and walks very well on her leash. She is also a snuggle bug and loves curling up next to you to sleep.  Kacy does not need to go to a house with a yard.  She prefers being indoors unless she's going on a walk or out to potty.  Kacy is crate trained and does great in the crate.  At night she either sleeps in her crate or on the bed, she does great with either. 

Kacy's favorite thing to do is going on long walks and explore. She also loves when her humans play with toys with her and she likes to be silly and sweet.  She likes to amuse her humans by walking on her back legs, it's very cute!  She is very smart and likes learning new things.  She knows the command sit and we are working with her on down.  We have learned Kacy has allergies and she has been tested.  We are working on a food plan now to find the right food for her.  

Kacy is looking for her forever home after her owner could no longer care for her.  She is looking for a family that will love and care for her, in return she will be loyal and loving.  Is  Kacy a good fit for your family?

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Her former owner had to regrettably give her up when she had to move and couldn't take Kacy with her.  BFPA was happy to take Kacy in and get her the medical attention she needed.

Fee is $225 for dogs, $115 for cats.
