Welcome to the Schitt's Creek litter!  We have 9 puppies and are accepting applications now. They will probably be medium sized dogs and are about 7 weeks old now.  If you submit an application and are approved, you can meet them now. They can start an adoption trial on November 27th. 

Alexis is a typical puppy full of energy and shenanigans!  She likes adventure! While she is the smallest puppy, she is the bravest.  She is a very sweet dog and will make a wonderful family pet.   The other puppies are also shown in the photos. If you are interested in one of these puppies, please apply for Alexis but list the puppy of choice in the comments. 

Please remember that puppies this young require a lot of patience, training and work.  An adopter needs to be able to provide multiple potty breaks during the day since they are not housebroken and need to be on a regular schedule. Puppies will nip and bite so we do not suggest that they be adopted into homes with very young children. 

ADOPTING A YOUNG PUPPY FROM BFPA: Requires that you live no further than a 30-mile radius from the Triangle area of North Carolina, as you must be close enough for us to meet all the medical procedures we cover before final adoption. We prefer to adopt young puppies to people who have previous experience owning a dog and live in a single family house rather than an apartment, condo or townhome. Puppies can be vocal when left alone and shared walls are sometimes an issue.  Any children in the home under 6 years old must have experience living with a dog in their home.

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY:  This litter was dumped on someones yard.  They brought them to a shelter where they knew a rescue group would find forever homes for them.  BFPA is lucky enough to be that rescue group.  We do not know either the Mom or the Dad so are making our best guess on breed.  There was definitely more than one Dad since they vary in looks
