Hello. I’m Laken. If you look at my beautiful tuxedo fur, you might think I’m kind of aloof, but I’m not. I’m just really shy right now. My mama and my brother, Bayou, as well as my foster humans, are working with me to help me with my confidence.

I would really shine in a home where there’s another patient kitty for me to play with. My mama and brother are helping me build my “hunting” skills with feather toys, mousies, and balls and they’re just so much fun! I like kids and dogs, too, as long as they give me just a little time and space to get comfortable.

Therefore, we prefer potential adopters live a reasonable distance to the Triangle area (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) of North Carolina.  All animals will be up to date on all  vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro chipped before the adoption  is finalized. Fee is $225 for dogs, $115 for cats.
