Woodford is a big teddy bear of a puppy! He is very dog friendly and would love another companion to live and play with. He currently weighs 20 lbs at around 11 weeks old. We expect him to end up being very large breed dog as he is a Great Pyrenees / Husky mix. Woodford plays well with our other dogs of all ages both inside the house and in the backyard. He takes direction well and is learning social cues. He would prefer to have a fenced in back yard as he loves spending time outside. His energy level is moderate- He likes to run around and play, but also really enjoys relaxing snuggle time. We are currently working on leash walking and potty training. Woodford would do best in a home with an experienced and active dog owner. First time dog owners will not be
considered. Due to his size and breed, Woodford would not do well living in a multifamily dwelling unless he had his own yard.
Puppies are both a lot of fun and a lot of work. They require a lot of patience and training. Since Woodford will need to go outside often to reinforce potty training, applicants need to keep this in mind as he cannot be left alone all day at this age.
