FOSTER FAILURE".
You MUST submit a Best Friend Pet Adoption application on our website and be approved prior to being considered to adopt Baby Ruth. Here is the link to our application. https://toolkit.rescuegroups.org/of/f?c=WHMSYCNC .
Who wants an adorable puppy? Baby Ruth was born on is 12/17/23 and is ready to find her forever home. Baby Ruth's Mom, Honey, appears to be a lab mix and pictured above. She weighs 55 lbs but we feel her puppies will be larger when full grown....perhaps 65-70 lbs. They are all fun loving puppies who are eager to explore the world.
Baby Ruth only has one set of puppy vaccines, so she will still be susceptible to diseases. The adopter will need a home that has their own yard. Baby Ruth cannot live in multi-family buildings where she would be sharing common space where other dog may have been until after she receives her second set of vaccines in March.
Puppies can be a lot of work but they are SO worth it. They will be your loyal friend for life. Baby Ruth is a bundle of joy and would like a home with another young dog to play with. If she is an only dog, she will do well with an active family.
Puppies can nip and play bite and may not be appropriate for young children who are not aware of this trait that all puppies go through. Puppies this age will need to be taken outside on a regular basis to become fully housebroken . Adopters who are not home during the day will need to have a plan which includes how to manage potty breaks.
EVERY DOG HAS A STORY:
Honey's 7 puppies were born the day after Best Friend Pet Adoption admitted pregnant Honey into our rescue. They have all been in a loving foster home. The puppies will soon be on their way to their forever homes. Could one of those homes be yours?
