Hello, my name is Eleanor. Some kind humans rescued me and my 5 babies, helping me give them the best possible start in life! My kittens have become independent and are ready to find their forever homes, so it’s time for me to find my forever home too.

I am a gentle and loving girl and would be great in a home with older children (6 and older) looking for a sweet friend for cuddles and comfort. I would be fine with another cat or dog in the home but would also enjoy being a single pet.

Since I spent a fair bit of my life on the streets, I’m learning how to be a good, trusting indoor cat, so I’ll appreciate a patient human family who can give me a little space to get acclimated and ready to snuggle when I want a lap to curl up on.

Therefore, we prefer potential adopters live a reasonable distance to the Triangle area (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) of North Carolina.  All animals will be up to date on all  vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro chipped before the adoption  is finalized. Fee is $225 for dogs, $115 for cats.
