Fairy is quite independent for a young puppy.  She is friendly and enjoys humans and other dogs.  But she also likes curling up by herself.  She originally was in a home with her littermate and 4 other dogs, so she might have enjoyed some time to herself!  

Fairy is playful and can also have calm moments.  She is curious about the world around her. If taken outside on a regular basis, she is basically housebroken.  She is used to sleeping in a puppy pen but is now being crate trained also. 

Training her should be easy because she is very food motivated.     

Fairy is looking for her forever home and wonders if she will be someone's Valentine soon.  Can you make that happen?  

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY:  Fairy and her   littermates were dumped in a rural area, found and taken to a shelter. They are all in loving, warm foster home now. Please consider giving Fairy a forever home where she will bring you much joy.

We prefer to adopt puppies into single family home. Puppies can cry and bark when left alone and would not do well in residences with shared walls unless a human is home most of the day.  

Applicants must live no further than one hour from Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a BFPA veterinarian for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized.  Our foster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions.  We therefore require applicants to live within an hours drive of Cary NC.
