Jax has the most beautiful eyes. He turned 8 weeks old mid-May and is now ready to explore the world. His first adventure will be to find his forever home.
Jax is working on house training with many trips outside each day. He will need to be taken outside on a regular basis in his new home also to reinforce house breaking. He is doing great so far! Jax likes to play with toys and is good with his brother and two foster siblings.
Currently has been in a puppy pen with his brother. Jax loves to eat and loves to play outside. He learned his name really quickly. He just mastered the command to "sit"! He is so proud of himself!
Puppies have a natural tendency to nip, mouth and play bite. So they may not be appropriate for young, small children who are not used to living with a dog. If left alone for too long, Jax might cry/bark, so he may not be a good fit for apartments, condos or townhome with shared walls unless the adopter works from home.
EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Jax"s Mother was killed by another dog when she gave birth. So sad but a rescue saved them and bottle feed them for weeks. After they were bottle feed, Best Friend Pet Adoption admitted two of the puppies. Jett and Jax are both looking for their forever homes. Can you provide a wonderful home for them? Applicants must live no further than one hour from Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a BFPA veterinarian for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized. Our foster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions. We therefore require applicants to live within an hours drive of Cary NC.

All animals will be up to date on all
vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro chipped before the adoption
is finalized. Fee is $225 for dogs, $115 for cats.
