COMMENTS FROM FOSTER HOME: Halo loves to weave in and out of your feet. Pick her up and she is quick to give you a big purr. She is such a happy-go-lucky kitty. One of her cutest traits is that she makes biscuits while she eats. It makes her look like she is dancing. She is happy to have a constant food source probably. Can you give her the warmth and love she craves?

EVERY CAT HAS A STORY: Abandoned outside in the snow storm with no shelter.
