FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Dash was very fearful when he arrived at our house. He had to be carried up and down the stairs and through doorways because he was scared. However, within a few days, he was a full fledged member of the family. He quickly made friends with our three dogs and learned our routine. He comes when called and is so happy to be receiving affection and attention. His tail is always wagging. He is smart and attentive and with continued training should be a perfect pet.
EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Dash and 6 other dogs were pulled from an overcrowded, rural shelter. Staff at the shelter reached out for help after a hoarding case created a huge issue for them. The shelter had only 14 already full pens, when over 44 dogs were brought in including Dash. Dash loves the attention and love he is getting in his foster home and is going to make some lucky person or family a very wonderful companion.
