FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Oliver knows sit, down, stay, come and is currently learning the touch and bring command. He loves his clicker training; positive but consistent reinforcement is what he thrives on and needs. He is an absolute joy to have around, always willing and playful. His cuddles are the best, and he is excellent at playing fetch. Oliver needs to know in a gentle but consistent way that you are in charge and have everything under control. He is not very excited about strangers but will warm up to them with time.
EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Oliver was rescued by BFPA from a rural shelter. He came to us underweight, scared of many things and had no real experience interacting with other dogs or toys. In his loving foster home, he has blossomed so much into a confident little guy who learns at a fast pace.
