FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Dallas is a sweet, friendly little dog. He loves dogs of all sizes, cats and kids. When meeting my 3 bigger dogs, he was nothing but tail wags and kisses. He knows basic commands like sit and come. He follows us around all day and loves cuddles. He will go into his crate to rest without being told and sleeps in it through the night.
EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Dallas was originally found wandering in the street, but he had a collar and ID tag. His rescuer called the number on the tag but his owner didn't want him back. The rescuer listed him on Craigslist, and he was adopted, but the adopters husband didn't like him, so the family reached out to us. We gladly took him in. Dallas had not been cared for and as a result had very bad teeth (due partly to his breed type and also due to poor nutrition) so our vet removed most of his teeth and now he is far more comfortable. He was also diagnosed with a damaged trachea, so must only wear a harness. Despite all he has been through he remains cheerful and loving. Dallas is a must see!
