FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Ginger is a very social dog and loves humans and animals of all shapes and sizes. She would make a perfect companion dog and a wonderful addition to any family.
She knows some basic commands such as sit and down. She loves her squeaky toys and tussling with her foster dog brother and human sister.
EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Ginger was originally adopted from the Wake County Animal Center by a single mother with children. She was returned to the shelter when they found she had a hernia. Ginger's hernia has been fixed and she is doing just fine.
We rarely adopt outside a 30-mile radius of the Triangle area of North Carolina.
