STATUS: Accepting applications FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Kiki came from a hoarding situation and is learning how to properly behave in a home. She loves to cuddle but is still a little unsure of new situations so she will need a home that gives her time and patience to settle into a new environment. She likes other dogs but may need a few days to warm up to them until she realizes they won't hurt her, then she will gladly run and play with them. She is crated during the day while her foster parents are at work and loves a treat filled kong or Nylabone to keep her busy. She is a very sweet dog that wants to learn and responds well to training. All Kiki needs is an adopter that is will to invest a little time in training and she will be an exceptional dog for years to come. EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Kiki was rescued from a hoarding case in Duplin County. BFPA pulled her from the shelter as her time had elapsed and she was going to be euthanized. Kiki deserves a second chance at a happy life, please consider giving Kiki that opportunity.
