FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Zander is such a love!  He is a sweet, cuddly, smart and fun puppy.  He is doing great at potty training and is about 95% there.  He listens very well when playing in the yard and gets along great with our 2 older dogs.  He will make a wonderful addition to any home!

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Zander and his two sisters were found abandoned by the side of the road in a remote area near OBX.  Their rescuer scooped them up and reached out to BFPA for help.  We were only too please to help this trio find their forever homes.

ADOPTING A YOUNG PUPPY FROM BFPA: Requires that you live no further than a 30-mile radius from the Triangle area of North Carolina, as you must be close enough for us to meet all the medical procedures we cover before final adoption. We prefer to adopt young puppies to a single, couple or family who have previous experience owning a dog and live in a single family house rather than an apartment, condo or townhome. Any children in the home under 6 years old must have experience living with a dog in their home.
