COMMENTS FROM THE FOSTER FAMILY: Franklin is all play, all the time. But if you can wear him out, then he is all cuddle time. A great well-rounded personality to fit in anywhere. Do you have enough to keep Franklin busy?

EVERY CAT HAS A STORY: Franklin and his siblings were found in a ditch at 3 weeks old and taken to a local vet.

Fee is $225 for dogs, $115 for cats.
