FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Franklin is a really fun and playful little guy!  He has a big personality and loves to give hugs.  He is an amazing snuggler and loves to be right near his people.  He will be a wonderful addition to any home.  Franklin loves to play with the other dog in his foster home and he adores his 2 legged human foster siblings.  He loves to play fetch and will work for treats which makes training time fun!

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY:  Due to no fault of his own, Franklin found himself at a crowded, high kill rural shelter.  When a shelter volunteer contacted BFPA, we were glad to admit this sweet boy into our program and help him find his forever family!
