FOSTER COMMENTS: Do you enjoy the outdoors and going for walks?  Vegas does too! She would be a great addition to an active household.  

Vegas is a 5 yo sweet girl who  is very loving. She weighs 60 lbs and is full grown. She was a bit timid at first in her new foster home but after a day or two, she warmed up to and her tail is wagging!  Vegas is house broken and we have not had to use a crate much as she is very well behaved.  

Vegas would be a great companion and would love to find a forever home with a fenced yard. She knows commands such as stay, sit, shake (touch), lay, and wait which she learned from obedience training.  Please check out her video!

Vegas should be in a home without young children and would be best as an only dog. She will get along fine with most dogs but will want to be the alpha dog.  Do you think you have the right home for this wonderful girl who is now looking for a forever home?  

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Vegas used to live with a wonderful couple for 5 years.  They said they would have kept her forever however they had two boys who are now 18 months old and that was too much for Vegas to handle. They decided that she should live in a home without young children.

Applicants must live no further than one hour from Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a BFPA veterinarian for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized.  Our foster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions.  We therefore require applicants to live within an hours drive of Cary NC.
