COMMENTS ABOUT ZIGGY:

Ziggy is a sweet. playful and handsome boy. He loves to be near his people and gets along very well with other dogs.  He is used to going to doggie day care and also to dog parks where he likes to run and play with other dogs. He does really well with other dogs and is quite social.  He also likes to run with humans and will be a perfect dog to be a running companion since he can keep up for nearly a mile run.  He loves to chase and fetch balls. Of course, he loves squeaky toys! 

He attended training class for 5 weeks and is crate trained.  He can also be left alone in the house as long as his owner makes sure the house is appropriately "puppy proofed".   He sleeps in his doggie bed at night and does not need to be crated.  Ziggy is fully housebroken and will  whine and go to the door when he needs to go outside.

Ziggy can be quite shy and would do best in a home with another dog.  A fenced in yard would be ideal so he can run and play.  

He loves to be petted and have his belly rubbed:-) He just loves to cuddle and is very affectionate. Could he come and cuddle with you?? 

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: 

Ziggy was originally admitted into BFPA in January 2016 and was adopted quite quickly.  His owner changed his name to Oakley, so he will respond to Oakley.  Recently, his owner had some personal changes in her life and felt she could no longer provide the right type of home for Oakley (Ziggy).  So due to no fault of Oakleys, BFPA is once again looking for a forever home for this handsome boy.
