MESSAGE FROM THELMA: I am a playful and bouncy little girl!  I love to be near my humans and I'm great with kids.  I really like to play tug and especially enjoy snuggle time.  Aside from playing with my humans, my sister and my foster siblings, I love to eat!  I am really excited to meet my forever family, and I hope they find me soon!

EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Thelma and her siblings (Bonnie, Clyde and Louise) were found living under a trailer in eastern NC.  They were nursed back to health by a caring shelter volunteer who reached out to BFPA for help.  We were happy to bring these sweet puppies into our network and help them on their journey to find their forever homes.

ADOPTING A YOUNG PUPPY FROM BFPA: Requires that you live no further than a 30-mile radius from the Triangle area of North Carolina, as you must be close enough for us to meet all the medical procedures we cover before final adoption. We prefer to adopt young puppies to a single, couple or family who have previous experience owning a dog and live in a single family house rather than an apartment, condo or townhome. Any children in the home under 6 years old must have experience living with a dog in their home.
